Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Article 13 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Realize S.r.l. informs the user – who browsers Francesco Pannella’s website, www.francescopanella.it – about the purposes and methods of processing of his/her personal data, in compliance with legal obligations and the principles connected to it.
Data Controller
The personal data controllers are Realize s.r.l. with registered office in Milan (MI), via Pier Candido Decembrio 28, Tax Code and VAT number 06289710961 – REA MI – 1882856, email address privacy@realizenetworks.com (“Realize” or “Owner”).
Methods of data processing
What data do we process
We process the personal data of the interested party. By way of example, such data may concern: surname and name, telephone number, date, time of entry/exit of users.
In relation to the treatments carried out by Realize S.r.l., we will process the following data:
- Name, surname, user’s telephone number;
- User’s e-mail address;
- The company for which the user works and the position he/she holds
Methods of data processing
User’s personal data will be processed by both paper and computerized archives (including portable devices) and processed in ways strictly necessary to cope with the intended purposes. We implement technical security measures (e.g. the protection of the computer systems where user’s data are contained) and organizational security measures (e.g. access to paper archives containing user’s data only to personnel in charge of processing).
Purpose of the processing
The processing of user’s personal data is necessary to:
- Deal with user’s requests for information sent via the contact form on the “Contact” page;
- Satisfy collaboration requests for the realization of new projects by entering the telephone number on the “Contact” page.
NB: Failure to provide the requested data prevents us from providing with the services referred to in letters a and b.
Recipients of personal data
The personal data collected by the Data Controller for the purposes referred to in letter a of the previous paragraph will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties.
The personal data provided by users for the purposes referred to in letter b of the previous paragraph will be used only for commercial or promotional purposes connected to www.francescopannella.com, as well as to satisfy support requests.
Legal basis of the processing of personal data
The legal basis on which the processing of user’s data is based, pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR, are:
- for the purposes referred to in letter a of the previous paragraph, the legal basis for the processing is the performance pre-contractual obligations in relation to a contract to which the user is a party;
- for the purposes referred to in letter b of the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is user specific consent, without which www.francescopannella.com will not be able to carry out important information for the realization of new projects.
Data retention
The personal data provided by the user will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above, without prejudice to further terms related to the specific conditions of legitimacy of the processing (e.g. 10 years for the exercise of defence actions in court).
Rights of the data subject
Art. 13 lett. d) GDPR
User has the right to contact the personal data protection authority of his/her country (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/)
to lodge a complaint against the processing of his/her personal data by Realize Srl.
Art.7 co. 3 GDPR
User can withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her data when such processing is based on consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal.
Art. 15 GDPR
User has the right to access his/her personal data (subject to certain restrictions). We may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information.
Art. 17 GDPR
In some cases, user has the right to have his/her personal data deleted or to request its deletion. Please note that this is not an absolute right, as we may have legal or legitimate grounds to retain his/her personal data.
Art. 20 GDPR
User has the right to move, copy or transfer data from our database to another. This only applies (i) to the data user has provided us, (ii) when the processing is based on the performance of a contract or (iii) on consent and the processing is carried out by automated means.
Art. 16 GDPR
User has the right to have his/her personal data corrected if incorrect or outdated and/or completed if incomplete.
Art. 21 GDPR
User can object to the processing of his/her data at any time (if his/her right prevails over the legitimate interest of the Data Controller) when such processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
Art. 13 – 14 GDPR
User has the right to receive clear, transparent, understandable and easily accessible information about how we process his/her data and about his/her rights.
Art. 18 GDPR
User has the right to request that we restrict our processing of his/her data. This right means that the processing of his/her data will be limited, so we will be able to store it, but not use or process it further.
How can the user exercise these rights?
User can send an email to privacy@realizenetworks.com expressing his/her willingness to exercise his/her right, briefly explaining the reasons behind his/her request. If this request is accepted, we will send you a pre-compiled form (which you will need to complete with your data) which the user will return to us together with an identity document.
